All orders are shipped within one business day. Orders are not shipped on Fridays. Arrival time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Chocolates should not be in transit for more than two days. In warmer climates, it is highly recommended that next day shipping is used. (From June through August, only next day shipping will be available). Cold packs will be added to each order in these warmer months to keep the chocolate stable.

If your order is placed later than Thursday 3pm, your order will ship the following Monday. This is to ensure the freshness of your Chocolate.

Our online payment system is through Authorize.net which is a reliable and secure platform. No payment data is retained within the system unless you specifically create an account. As such, all retained data is encrypted and not viewable by Robert's Chocolates. The entire payment process is fully PCI compliant to secure and protect all payment information.
