An entire curriculum of the Chocolate making process, from Bean to Bar, is being finalized. This class will be held in three segments, each segment lasting two months, 1 class per week.


There will be homework, both reading, and making confections, in addition to quizzes. I am working out the details of offering CEC’s for successful completion of each phase of the course. Certificates will be issued for each course to signify mastery of the topics covered.


These courses are not for the faint of heart. If you are a chocolate aficionado, a confectionary student, Pastry chef, Chef, or have a basic background in chocolate, these courses are for you.
